Executive Summary:
Network Centric Management (NCM), a leading edge concept will be presented. NCM, in conjunction with a structured communication network will dramatically improve communication and collaboration on big budget projects, and will significantly reduce project duration and cost. This concept will facilitate horizontal and vertical teamwork among key holders of responsibility involving disparate organizations and teams with dispersed members while making sure that the pursuit of customer commitments remains aligned with strategic business objectives.
