Pittsburgh PMI

The Outreach Program was created to improve the value proposition to our project management community from the perspective of our member companies.  Every company and organization is unique in their desires and vision for project management and it is through their employees and our Outreach relationships that we can gather how best the Chapter resources can help fulfill their project management needs. 

Our directive is not financial, but to focus on specific company needs, as described by assigned representative Company Coordinators (come join your peers!).  We will meet their needs by ongoing and new chapter activities using PMI Best Practices and local Lessons Learned.  A secondary focus is to help describe the differences between IT Project Management and other PM industry disciples, and to help give a voice for those industries by proposing additional SIGs as needed.
