On July 28th, we held our monthly mentor meeting with members joining us at Juniper Grill in the Strip District for an evening of networking, great food, and meaningful conversation! We explored our career journeys with Pete Schramm walking us through using the Pathfinder methodology, beginning with the Ikigai framework to identify our purpose, path, and people. Members then translated those insights into personalized career maps for help with professional development.
