Unlocking Value at the intersection of Change and Project Management
Managing projects that impact people can be tough work, and how many projects have you managed that don’t impact people? The world of people and change can be sticky, messy, opinionated, noisy, quiet, overbearing, missing in action, surprising, frustrating, and even hugely rewarding.
In this collaboration session between Pittsburgh PMI and Pittsburgh Change Management Professionals we will explore the characteristics of organizational change management, and how it relates to deliver on the expected outcomes for projects, programs, and portfolios (PPP). We will also see how change management can directly improve the maturity and effectiveness of the project, program, and portfolio management capabilities within your organization.
We’ll provide and explore practical tips you can use right away, and address some of the greatest challenges that teams experience at the intersection of change and project management.
NOTE: REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 5PM ON FEBRUARY 9.
