ACADEMIC OUTREACH

As part of the chapter outreach program, we strive to advance the profession and practice of project management by providing programs, resources and support to local academic institutions (high school, college, university) throughout the Pittsburgh area. Areas of focus include mentoring, promoting awareness of PMI academic standards, driving demand for undergraduate and graduate programs in project management, establishment of project management clubs or curriculum, and provision of expertise for knowledge sharing and panel discussions.
