Volunteer as a PMI Pittsburgh Chapter Board Member
Call for Board Nominations – PMI Pittsburgh Chapter
Nominations due by March 31
Volunteering as a Board member provides a rewarding personal and professional experience. Volunteers provide guidance, attend events both educational and social, and find fun in the Project Management space.
Please know Board Members do not work in isolation! Each VP works with Directors who are excited to help.
Nomination qualifications include that the candidate be a PMI Pittsburgh member in good standing and have relevant experience for the role. All VP candidates should have at least one to two years of experience in a Director role or previous Board experience.
All Officers are expected to attend and assist in the operation of monthly Chapter meetings and monthly Board business meetings.
The nomination committee wants to help you help the Chapter. There may be a role other than your first interest that would suit you. We will work with you to ensure you have a successful volunteer experience.
