Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is more than a workplace trend, but a societal movement. Now more than ever, we need intentionally foster a culture where we can be there for each other to get through this challenging time—together.

Ageism affects both older and younger generations and there are actions we can take to work across age differences as work, especially as project managers. Join organizational psychologist, Dr. Victoria Mattingly (Dr. V) for a Lunch & Learn with the Pittsburgh PMI chapter focused on age / generational differences, the great resignation, and leading across generational differences.  She will also address strategies to navigate potential ageism in at work. 

Come ready to engage and participate, as this session will be interactive (polls, live discussion), grounded in research specific to PMI Pittsburgh's member base. Dr. V will leave you with actionable insights to immediately apply to your work as a project management professional.

Dr. V holds a PhD in organizational psychology, meaning she's trained in the science of improving the human experience at work. She has experience working with companies such as Amazon, Intel, DICK’s Sporting Goods, American Eagle Outfitters – and the Pittsburgh PMI chapter!  She is CEO and founder of Mattingly Solutions, a DEI consulting firm that helps organizations build workplace cultures where everyone can thrive.
