Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid: What to Pick and Why?
Many organizations are now using Agile as part of their project management routine. Some have attempted to apply Agile to everything they do, some are adopting a Hybrid approach to attempt to cushion the Agile “shock”, and some are using a mix of methodologies, depending on the situation. This latter approach is best, overall, but even in an organization that is doing it this way, how do you decide? When is the decision made on which method to use on which project?
This presentation will review the three approaches and look at which approach is generally better, in which situation. We will also examine a generic process that could be incorporated into an organization’s project selection pattern.
