Migrating from Waterfall Estimating to Agile Estimating - Prioritizing the Backlog

Moving from the work driving the timeline in traditional Waterfall methodologies to the timeline driving the work in Agile frameworks, takes a different mindset and approach. To adapt, we must revisit how we estimate the work that needs done and leverage the estimating tools and best practices that drive the successful estimation, execution, and delivery of the product backlog. Join us for a Lunch & Learn as we look at some of the most common estimating techniques utilized for Waterfall projects, as well as those used in Agile efforts. We will discuss how they differ and why the changes are critical to a successful delivery.
