Speaker Bios 

Michael Pietropaoli is an Executive Director – Global Capital Projects and Facilities Engineering with Calgon Carbon, A Kuraray Company, with significant project management experience executing complex integrated projects >$100M+ in total installed cost.  Michael has been executing projects both as an owner and as a service provider for over 20 years beginning with equipment supply only projects for municipal clients to large turnkey, design-build/design-build-operate, projects for industrial clients using lump sum and/or GMP delivery methods.  Education and certifications include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, MBA from Robert Morris, and PMP certification. 

Dr. Patrick O'Brien is a design and construction executive for AECOM's water business line in PA who has been involved in construction projects since graduating from Penn State with a degree in Civil Engineering.  Dr. O'Brien has been involved in all facets of construction as a designer, contractor, construction manager, owner's representation and has served as a mediator for construction disputes on over $2B worth of projects. He has also worked on all manner of project delivery systems, from traditional design-build-bid, to construction management at-risk and design-build/EPCC contracts for public and private clients, from Chicago to New Jersey and Ohio to Florida.  Dr. O'Brien received his PMP certification in 2001, became a PMI Authorized Training Partner in 2021, became a Certified Construction Manager with the Construction Management Assoc of America in 2002, and is a licensed professional engineer in four states, including PA. 

Indumathi Kannayiram B.E PMP, PMI-ACP,AHPP.  Indumathi is an entrepreneur, Electrical engineer as well as a PMP and CEO of the Organization Delta Star Power Projects Services LLC. Indu has spent 15 years creating sustainable development doals, working with diverse team and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and meet aggressive project deadlines on time and within budget. She trained as a Traditional, Agile and Hybrid Project Manager in the power system and solar panel construction field. She is a servant leader who believes that Empowered Women Empower Women.
