On this Earth Day, join PMI Pittsburgh for a free lunch & learn! Qian Zhang, PE, PMP, Env SP, LEED GA, MS, is the PMI Pittsburgh Cross-Chapter Programs director. She is a project manager, an engineer, and a certified Envision professional/trainer. The Envision (TM) System, which is overseen by Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI), provides a flexible set of criteria and performance objectives. Envision aims to assist decision makers and project teams in incorporating sustainable, resilient, and equitable approaches into infrastructure projects, throughout planning/design, construction, operations & maintenance, until its end-of-life.
Qian’s work is centered around infrastructure, which aims to address the world’s most pressing issues in water, energy and communities. Like many others in the infrastructure sector, her goal is to provide essential services that benefits communities for the generations to come.

Qian Zhang is a full-time Project Engineer at GHD. She holds PMP and Professional Engineer (PE) certifications. While working full-time, she studied at Penn State University, and received her Master of Science – MS Civil Engineering from in 2023. |
