Presentation by Jack Caine, Regional Agile Delivery Leader for the Eliassen Group:

Mob Programming - The Highest Form of Swarming

Please join Jack Caine in learning about swarming and mob programming.  This technique is more commonly used for Agile methodologies but is also applicable to more traditional types of project management, particularly during "war room" problem-solving situations.

The presentation agenda includes:

  • Introduction
  • The “Why” – What problem is being solved?
  • The “What” – What is mob programming?
  • The “How” – How is mob programming done?
  • The “Who” – 3 case studies
  • The “Justification” – By the numbers
  • Q&A
  • Next Steps

This same presentation was highly received at PMI Dallas and has also been presented at many corporations including Fidelity Investments and Hanover Insurance.
