Are you ready to take your professional growth to the next level? We're thrilled to invite you to apply to be a part of the PMI Pittsburgh Mentorship Program, an innovative program designed to foster career development, connection, and leadership.

More than 50 members joined the first cohort of the PMI Pittsburgh Mentorship Program. This is not your typical mentorship program. It's cutting-edge, personalized, and designed to empower both mentors and mentees with:

• Career Mapping: Chart your past, present, and future career journey to share with mentors and mentees, bringing more value into each conversation.
• Dynamic Matches: You'll be paired with 2 - 3 mentors or mentees (you tell us) to create meaningful relationships tailored to your goals.
• Ongoing Support: Tools, training, and nudges to keep your mentorship experience on track (and actually help guide you as mentors and mentees).

Here's the deal:

• Commitment: If you sign up, we ask that you commit to meeting with your mentor(s) or mentee(s) at least once per month for 30-60 minutes for the next 8-10 months.
