Project Governance, Process and Infrastructure: Building a PMO from the Ground Up [Breakfast Club Waterworks]
Building a PMO takes buy-in. If mishandled, it can have a chilling effect on participation and innovation. This will be a discussion about the steps it takes to build a successful PMO and how it is as much about people as it is about process. Rule of thumb: Small carrots, no sticks. Join Kenneth Rose, Esquire and PMP, for a discussion over breakfast.
