The Project That Taught Me the Most is a facilitated, participant-led session where women in project management come together to share and learn from real project experiences that shaped how they lead, influence, and deliver.
Rather than presentations or prescribed best practices, this session centers on storytelling, listening, and reflection. In small groups, participants will share a meaningful project moment, surface the skills and lessons that emerged, and identify common themes across our work. Together, we’ll make visible the practical knowledge, resilience, and leadership strengths that already exist within our community.
This session is designed to:
- Build meaningful connections through shared experience
- Offer relevant, real-world learning grounded in actual project work
- Encourage active engagement and peer-to-peer exchange
- Elevate the value of project management by recognizing the impact of everyday practice
No slides. No experts. Just conversation, connection, and collective insight.
