Mentor Program: Building Momentum Through Wellness & Intentional Growth
Whether you've participated in Mentoring events in the past or not, you are welcome to join this session!
August Session: Building Momentum Through Wellness & Intentional Growth
Professional growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens through intentional reflection, meaningful relationships, and consistent action.
As we move into the third month of our PMI x Pathfinders Mentorship Cohort, we’ll build on the foundation established during our previous sessions by helping participants turn insights into measurable progress. Together, we’ll revisit our Career Maps, reflect on how our goals and interests may be evolving, fill in some gaps as an group, and explore practical ways to continue building a strong Personal Board of Advisors (PBA for short because we all need more acronyms).
This interactive session will also introduce focused “skill sprints” to help participants identify one high-impact capability to intentionally develop over the next month (1+ for personal and professional). This is wellness month so we will talk about sustainable activities to make wellness a reality beyond our time together. Through peer discussions, mentor role playing conversations, and collaborative exercises, members will leave with renewed momentum, greater clarity, and actionable next steps for their professional journey.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen your leadership skills, strengthen your professional network, or simply become more intentional about your career, this session is designed to help you continue moving forward—one meaningful step at a time.
You’ll leave with:
- Greater clarity on your evolving Career Map and professional goals
- Fresh perspectives from fellow PMI Pittsburgh members
- Practical ideas for developing your next high-impact skill
- Strategies to strengthen and expand your Personal Board of Advisors
- A focused action plan to carry your momentum into the months ahead
“Success is rarely the result of one giant leap—it is built through small, intentional steps taken consistently over time.”
Registration closes on August 23!
