Today’s project managers have access to an ever-expanding toolkit—but knowing which tools to use, and how to use them effectively, can make the difference between simply managing work and truly driving results. In this practical presentation, Eric Kooser will explore a range of technologies that can help project managers work smarter, communicate more effectively, and make better decisions. Topics will include AI and prompt engineering for accelerating everyday PM tasks, Jira for organizing and managing project work, Power BI for transforming project data into meaningful insights, and other tools and techniques Eric has used throughout his project management career. Attendees will leave with practical ideas they can apply immediately, along with a better understanding of how modern technology can complement—not replace—the core skills of effective project management.
