Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important consideration in project delivery, but how do we translate organizational goals into practical decisions as project professionals?
Join us on Friday, November 6, for an interactive discussion facilitated by Celeste Isacco, PMP, CSSP, exploring sustainability in project management through the PMI® GPM® P5™ Standard for Sustainability in Project Management.
We will begin with a brief introduction to the five P5 elements: People, Planet, Prosperity, Product, and Process, then open the conversation to explore how these elements apply to our projects and the decisions we make as project professionals. The remainder of the session will be an open discussion where participants can share experiences, explore real-world applications, and consider how sustainability can influence project decisions and outcomes.
Discussion topics may include:
- How sustainability applies across different industries and project environment
- Practical ways to incorporate sustainability into project planning and delivery
- Challenges and opportunities for moving from sustainability goals to action
