Mentor Program: From Connection to Momentum
In September, we focused on making better connections and creating new opportunities. In October, we’ll build on that momentum by exploring what happens after the introduction. Even if you missed September's event, we'd still love to have you at this session!
How do you turn a new connection into a meaningful professional relationship? How do you stay visible without feeling self-promotional? And how do you make it easier for others to understand what you’re good at, where you’re headed, and when they should think of you for an opportunity?
In this virtual session, we’ll connect these ideas back to Pathfinders through communication, Advocates, Champions, Career Maps, and intentional follow-up. The goal is simple: move from simply meeting people to becoming someone they remember, trust, and want to help.
