By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Identify appropriate ways AI can support resume development and the job-search process.
- Translate project-management responsibilities into accomplishment-focused resume statements.
- Use AI to identify transferable skills, strengthen professional summaries, and uncover measurable results.
- Tailor resume content and keywords to align with a specific job description.
- Draft supporting materials, such as cover letters and networking messages, using AI.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, authenticity, bias, exaggeration, and confidentiality concerns.
