AI-Powered Interview Preparation: Research Companies and Practice with Confidence [WiPM]

Power Skills
As a follow-up to the October session, this meeting will show participants how to use AI to research prospective employers, understand company priorities and culture, identify relevant industry and project-management information, and prepare for interviews. Attendees will practice generating likely interview questions, developing strong responses, conducting mock interviews, and using AI feedback to improve their confidence and clarity.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
  • Use AI to organize and analyze publicly available information about a prospective employer.
  • Distinguish verified company facts from assumptions or reasonable inferences.
  • Connect company priorities and job requirements to their own project-management experience.
  • Generate and categorize likely behavioral, situational, and role-specific interview questions.
  • Structure effective responses using the STAR framework.
  • Practice interview responses with AI and use feedback to improve clarity, specificity, and confidence.
  • Develop thoughtful questions to ask during an interview while maintaining an authentic conversational style.
