Improving Stakeholder Relationships


Do you want to learn how to improve stakeholder relationships?   

Join us at the November Pittsburgh PMI Chapter meeting and learn how to use DISC Personality Styles to improve stakeholder relationships, avoid conflict with others, interact with individuals in ways that work best for them, and read another person and determine how they want to be treated.

James Coughenour, with Steps To Achieve, provides coaching, consulting and professional development training to government agencies, businesses, school districts, universities, and individuals.  James has been teaching Project Management, including PMP & PMI-ACP exam prep, analytics, emerging technologies, and various leadership topics.

James is a Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team, a Certified DISC Practitioner/Trainer, Certified EIQ Trainer, Project Management Professional, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, Diversity and Inclusion Trainer, and has several other certifications.  James has completed his MBA from California University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
