Scrum: A Case Study
Scrum is showing up everywhere these days. More and more organizations are expecting new employees to come equipped with Agile/Scrum experience, and yet there remains much confusion about not only what Scrum is, but how it gets used in the real world. One of the most common questions about Scrum is how the traditional roles get used? Where do the PMs fit in? How about the BAs?
What better way is there to answer these questions than to take a close look at an actual Scrum project that played out recently, right here in Pittsburgh? During this presentation we will look at how a team completely new to Scrum, from all IT disciplines, came together and succeeded at making Scrum work for them. You will clearly see the role that the PM played.
