(Virtual) Prioritizing the Right Work at the Right Time

Power Skills

Not all tasks are created equal. Instead of having your employees fret over every project that comes across their desk, we’ll teach them how to assess their workflow based on cognitive load, collaborative involvement, and market demand. That way, they will know where to best focus their efforts at any moment to achieve maximum productivity without unnecessary stress.

Registration closes at 5pm on Wednesday, December 7.  Registration is now closed.
