PMI Baton Rouge Collaboration: "Digital Transformation & Lived Experiences" (Virtual)

Ways of Working

Digital Transformation and Lived Experiences:

We all lead change programs, whether as business leaders, project managers and systems architects, community activists, or professionals who want to make the place where we live and work perform better.  While the change we lead is often considered adequate, we still leave so much more value uncovered, the value that was realizable without additional cost, time, or risk. As our failure, we sacrifice the total fulfillment from the change journey.

How do we help make the transformation journey more fulfilling for all?

During this presentation, Jason will explore the idea of "Lived Experiences" to establish essential requirements for any change initiative and leverage the automated platform to transform how we scope, plan, execute, and deploy change across the organizations where we work and communities where we live.

Topics

  • “Lived Experiences” as a key to meaningful change
  • A brief look at how we plan and execute change within our organizations and in communities
  • Subtle Change – Integrate "Lived Experiences"
  • Examples of Real Change: Business Transformation, New Product/Service Development, Community Activism, Starting a New Business
  • Reflection Moment
  • Call to Action – What can you do differently today?
