Leading High Performing Project Teams

Participants will gain a new perspective on teamwork and on becoming a valuable member of any project team.  We will look at leadership that does not tell teams what to do, but inspires them to do what needs to be done.  You can order someone to do a task, but you cannot order them to do their best.  The information in this presentation will create a positive atmosphere within your company through the use of high performing project teams.

Presenter Bio:

Jason Hollandsworth's experiences as a Senior Corporate Trainer for Fidelity Mortgage, a Senior Account Executive for FedEx Services, and a General Business Manager for a major retail chain have allowed Jason to add a touch of real world insight to a variety of our already outstanding classes. He excels at developing diverse presentations for audiences around the world and has taught thousands of students online and in person. Jason’s passion for coaching others to success was the drive that brought him to New Horizons. He decided to put his varied skills to work in a capacity that allowed him to help build the skills of other professionals, and he says that each class presents him with the challenging and satisfying work environment that he loves.
Jason has his PMP, ITIL 3/4, Project+, and Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications.
