PITTSBURGH AGILE LIG - SEPTEMBER

  • 5:15 - 6:15 PM  Before the Main Chapter Presentation
  • Where: ESWP Third Floor

Topic: Grass Roots Agile – A Real World Story about the Challenges of Being Agile in a Waterfall World

Many of us are faced with organizations that want to “do Agile” but have not realized the cultural change necessary to be Agile.  As a result, many of us struggle to do what is right while fitting into the existing reality.   This presentation explores the challenges the Project Manager/Scrum Master faced, the solutions and behaviors adopted, and the resulting outcome of doing an Agile Project in a waterfall world.
