Burndown charts, story points, meeting - oh my!  Scrum is easy to learn but difficult to master.  But the framework is likely simpler than you think.  In this presentation, Matt DeFusco will dispel some common “myths” about what Scrum IS and what Scrum IS NOT.  He will take a deep dive into some of the core elements of Scrum to boil down the framework in a way that highlights the principles of transparency, inspection, and adaption and will provide opportunities for you to think about how these principles can be applied pragmatically in your organizations.
