Speaker Info

Erik K. Rueter, PMP, PMI-ACP (he/him) has over 20 years of professional experience across diverse industries ranging from tech to art education to healthcare. He has been a public policy analyst, marketing director, and now the senior project manager at the American Marketing Association. He co-authored papers on health inequity, contributed to Mastering Solution Delivery, and presented to Medtronic and the San Antonio Spurs, among others. He founded Human-Centered Success LLC, a consulting organization focused on creating more inclusive spaces through servant leadership. His educational background is as diverse as his professional one. He holds a BA in neuroscience, diplomas in design and Irish studies, MicroMasters in Design Thinking and Project Management through RIT, and diversity and inclusion certification from Cornell. He lives outside Pittsburgh, PA, with his husband and two dachshunds, and enjoys running marathons and playing video games. He can be reached at erik@humancenteredsuccess.com
