AGILE LIG - FEBRUARY 2020

When: February 13, 2020 at 5:15 - 6:15

Where: ESWP third floor

Topic: Retrospectives Through the Lens of the 5 Scrum Values
Retrospectives are a crucial step in inspecting and adapting with your team. They provide a place for a team to reflect on how things are going, encourage what helped the team, and identify what can be improved. The 5 scrum values are well suited to retrospectives.  Ed and Bryan will discuss how commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect each have a role in retrospectives.  Along the way Ed and Bryan will provide new ideas and insights for you when running your own retrospectives.

Speakers: Edwin Wiancko and Bryan Gallo
