“Diversity and Inclusion” is a common buzzphrase of the 2010s and, as project managers, we know how important it can be when motivating our teams. Let’s drive excellence in our roles as project managers by maximizing and celebrating diversity. Let’s take our collective knowledge and share it. Let’s have the discussions with each other so that we can employ thoseideas at work. And let’s get this going January 2019. Join us as the Pittsburgh PMI Chapter launches its diversity initiative with a panel discussion. There will be four dynamic ladies eager to share their various backgrounds and skills with men and women who want to network, collaborate, and equip women with tools and knowledge to succeed as a project manager. Join the conversation! This is just the beginning, as additional diversity activities will occur throughout 2019. Ideas and volunteers are welcome!
