JOHNSTOWN CHAPTER – MARCH MEETING

LOCAL PRESENTATION AT 5:30-6:30

Presentation: The Vital Role of Supply Chain Project Management

Do we underestimate supply chain risks in project management?  Where does your project or company fit into the broader supply chain?  Our discussion will take a closer look at how to manage inherent supply chain challenges through proactive project management.  In addition, based on our work with small businesses in the regional technology and manufacturing supply chain, we will discuss how taking a project management perspective to mitigate upstream and downstream risks can be a discriminator.
