Join us for an overview of PMI’s strategy; PMI:NEXT.  Gain a high overview of our vision for growth and innovation, emphasizing the importance of adapting to industry trends and embracing new technologies. Understanding this strategy is crucial for PMI members, as it provides a roadmap for future opportunities, equips them with the knowledge to stay competitive, and highlights key areas for professional development. By aligning with PMI’s strategic goals, members can enhance their career prospects, contribute more effectively to their organizations, and ensure they remain relevant in a rapidly evolving industry.

SARAH MAXWELL, CAPM
PMI REGION 4 CHAPTER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST III

Sarah Maxwell is a passionate community engagement specialist and public speaker dedicated to fostering collaboration, engagement, and positive change for PMI’s Chapters. With several years of experience in community outreach and relationship building, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to facilitating meaningful conversations and building bridges between PMI chapters, and the communities they serve.  

Sarah has a background in theater and massage therapy, graduating from George Mason University.  Sarah founded a Toastmasters Club for PMI employees, was invited to represent PMI at TED 2019 and the 2023 PMI Africa Conference and Sub-Saharan LIM, and recently achieved her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).  Sarah both sings and sits on the board of Coro da Capo, a non profit a capella classical choir.
