Topic:  Risk management and change management are critical tools in a project manager's tool belt, yet how often do we apply them to our careers and our profession in general? What tools, practices, and socio-economic and business trends already with us today will impact our day-to-day job and career outlook as we project out into the next decade and more? Join us to ring in the new year, and the next decade, with a discussion on the future of project management.

Speaker: John Zak PMP, CSM, SAFe4 SA | Senior Consultant US ETP PMO | CGI

John Zak has been a project manager for 13 years and a Pittsburgh resident for 20. Beginning as an analyst, then an IT-guy "slash" and especially as a project manager, John has been in a position to bring an organization into the future. With the birth of his son in November 2018, it's become a bit of an obsession; looking into and creating the best future possible.
