Pittsburgh PMI Values
Focus on Community: cultivating a community where members can exchange ideas and experiences for collective learning and growth
Include Everybody: welcoming both certified and non-certified professionals as well as all of those beyond the project manager who frequently collaborate on projects (business analysts, product owners, etc.)
Communicate effectively: reimagining how the chapter communicates with members to be clear and consistent
Embrace change: ensuring the chapter leadership keeps pace with industry changes and challenging the status quo where it better serves our members
Serve others: keeping our membership at the center of everything we do
We appreciate our place in the bigger picture. And we embrace the wisdom and balance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
